How long takes the repair to be done ?
Most of the repairs can be done in less than 30 mins , However some others like Motherboard repair or water damage ( internals can Take 3 – 5 business days ). Please Call 0401733100 to check your estimated repair time.
What if there are more repairs required to get my phone back in working condition?
Before we continue with any additional repairs, we will inform you promptly if your device presents any additional issues. If you decide to proceed with the complete repair, we will update the repair estimate accordingly. Your consent and approval are essential before we proceed with any further actions.
Will My data be lost ?
Data loss during the repair process is an extremely rare event, but nevertheless, we suggest making a backup to safeguard against any potential data loss event. Please note that MobileBoss Phone repairs cannot be held liable in the event of any data loss on your device as either a direct or indirect result of the repair process on your device.
